Fish is a huge part of the children’s diet at our school in Gurap, and everyone pitches in to help, from catching to cleaning and preparing! Gurap faculty know that, while the children are getting a modern education on par with that of their more privileged peers thanks to your support, activities like fishing together help them stay connected to their villages and celebrate activities that are common in their community. It’s all part of a well-rounded education.
